At the A&D open day
On Saturday, October 12th, visitors streamed through the front doors of A&D. The employees put in many hours of work to give the visitors an understanding of the company, the products and the atmosphere at work. The tour led through the recently completed office wing with its modern workstations and on to the production area. The modern machinery was demonstrated on a display and, above all, live. The tour continued to the assembly area, where the company's expertise was presented on four sample machines. At the automated vertical warehouse, visitors were able to choose from various sample-packed giveaways and have them delivered by the warehouse lift.
The tour concluded with the trainees and the training team, a very important part of the company. There are currently nine trainees at A&D - and around 90 employees in total.
“Our employees are happy to pass on their knowledge and extensive experience as part of the apprenticeship. Our trainees are an important part for the success and future of the company.” (Holger Ahr, Managing Director A&D)
